Prices shown do not include shipping costs. Our standard shipment is by UPS. Standard UPS charges calculated upon actual shipping

special shipping arrangements. If flowers purchased are in stock we will make every effort to ship the next business day. Personalized
flowers will generally ship within three days from your order date depending upon the quantity ordered.
RETURN POLICY:
Please contact us immediately for returning goods. No goods will be allowed for return after 15 days unless damaged in shipment, defective
or mutually agreed upon reason. If goods are damaged in shipment, please notify UPS immediately. Save all packing slips and shipping
information. Please take a photo of the damaged equipment immediately. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus all freight
costs. No returns will be allowed on personalized flowers unless they are damaged, defective or incorrect.
